Application/Consent Form
No camper will be allowed to participate without a
completed application, consent form and physical. Your
personal
insurance
will be used as the primary coverage.

Air-Conditioned Dorm
University Towers is convenient to all playing sites.
It is staffed and secured 24 hours a day.

Facilities
Located on the campus of NC State University, our campers
will have access to the best playing surfaces in the ACC.
These surfaces include both Method Road Stadium and Lee
Field. These are the same fields our Wolfpack Soccer
Team utilizes during the year.

Dining Hall
Our Dining Facility is located on teh 9th floor of
University Towers. Our campers are provided with all-you-can-eat
meals.

Coach:Camper Ratio
We have one staff member for every 11 players.
|
|
|
Overnight Camps - What to Bring
Campers should bring a pillow, towels, sheets, washclothes,
toiletries, a blanket, alarm clock, extra shoues (for indoor
use), shin-guards, t-shirts and soccer uniforms for the
week. Soccer shoes should be broken-in before attending camp
since new shouls will cause blisters.

Transportation/Airport Shuttle
RDU International Airport is located 17 miles away from NC
State. For an additional fee, $15 each way, safe
transportation services can be provided by the NC State
Soccer School.

|
Deposit/Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required with each application.
|
|
|
Key Deposit
A key deposit of $20 will be collected at check-in and
returned to you at check-out.
|
|
|
Roomate Policy
Roommates can be assigned, if requested 14 days prior to
camp session's start date.
|
|
|
Adidas Soccer Balls
Purchase balls from our camp store by noting this request on
your application.
|
|
|
Complimentary T-Shirt
Each player will receive an NC State Soccer School T-shirt
produced by Adidas.
|
|
|
Family and Friends are invited
to attend training sessions and games
We welcome families to watch their child train or play in
the evening games.
|
|
|
Teams/Discounts
Teams are encouraged to train together. Individuals on
teams of 8 or more will receive a group discount. Please refer to
the tuition information on this application.

|
Supervision
Activities both on and off the field are supervised by staff
members for their entire stay in camp. No one is allowed to
leave campus or leave their group during camp.

|
Medical Attention
Certified Athletic Trainers from the NC State Sports
Medicine staff will be on site at every session, along with residing in
the dorms. In addition, REX hospital is 5 miles away
|
|
|
College/Scholarships
No one can promise you a scholarship, but here's how we can
help. Prospective student athletes will have the
opportunity to attend seminars conducted by college
coaches. Topics will include what coaches look for in a player,
how the college recruiting process works, NCAA regulations,
and how players may better present themselves as a
college prospect for recruitment.

Evaluations
Each residential camper receives an honest written
evaluation from his staff coach indicating strengths and weaknesses
in his game. We believe straight-forward, honest
feedback is necessary.
